How to see your Outlook calendar on your browser home page

Opening Outlook just to check what's next is a lot of clicks. Here's how to see today's meetings, and your unread email if you like, every time you open your browser.

Option 1: Connect your Microsoft account (fastest)

Best if you mainly live in Outlook, for work (Microsoft 365) or personal (Outlook.com, Hotmail).

1. Sign up for OnePane. Outlook is a Pro feature, and your first 7 days include Pro free, no card needed.
2. Click ＋ Add widget → Outlook Calendar → Connect Microsoft account.
3. Sign in with Microsoft and approve read-only access.
4. Choose how many days ahead to show. Meetings happening now are highlighted, and clicking one opens it in Outlook.

Add the Outlook Mail widget too and you'll see your unread count and latest messages. One connection covers both, and it works on every computer you sign in to.

Option 2: Publish your calendar and combine it with others

Best if you want Outlook, Apple and Google calendars together in one colour-coded list.

1. In Outlook on the web, open ⚙ Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars.
2. Under Publish a calendar, pick your calendar and Can view all details, then Publish.
3. Copy the ICS link.
4. In OnePane, open the Calendar widget's ⚙, add a row, name it (say "Work"), paste the link and pick a colour.
5. Add your family's Apple calendar and your Google calendar the same way. See the user guide.

Treat the published link like a password. Anyone who has it can see that calendar.

Make it open every time

Finally, set OnePane as your home page so your calendar is the first thing you see. Here are the steps for Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.
