Questions

Can OnePane send email as me?

No. It only asks Microsoft for read-only access to mail and calendar.

Is my email stored by OnePane?

No. OnePane fetches your latest messages and events from Microsoft when the widget loads and passes them to your browser. Nothing is saved.

Will I have to keep signing in?

No. You connect once. You'll only be asked again if you change your Microsoft password, remove OnePane's access, or don't open OnePane for about 90 days.

My work account says it needs admin approval

Some organizations require an administrator to approve new apps. Ask your IT team, or use the Calendar widget with your calendar's subscription link instead.
